Unit 1: Life Drawing,

  1. Hey Kadeem,

My name is Jordan and I'm here to help mentor you. I'm a third year student and so hopefully I can offer advice when projects get tough. I'll also be happy to help with feedback and tuition. I'll take a look at your work this week and get back to you with some feedback.

Meanwhile, feel free to check out my blog at:

Or you can email me at:

  2. Sorry, my email is jordanbucknercg@gmail.com

  3. OGR 04/10/11

Kadeem - even after our conversation, even after everything I said, you think its somehow acceptable to your tutor NOT to submit your OGR as requested. I think you may have misunderstood the reason for my asking you to stay behind after the film and you risk testing my patience. First years are always allowed a bit of wriggle room, because there is so much to absorb in the first few weeks of a new course, but I've been very clear with you and now I'm going to be clear again. In order for you to reassure me that you're serious about this course - and your part in it - you are to submit an OGR as requested, and that document should summarise your creative development, should showcase significant thumbnails and should include your introduction to your written assignment.

In addition, you need to get up-to-date with your reviews. If you haven't done so already, you should consult the Rough Guide to Written Assignments on myUCA/Anatomy/Unit Materials. It's got everything you need to get you up-to-speed with writing academically.

Also - your attendance is now a concern of mine, which means it's a concern of yours. Make a better impression, Kadeem - it's early days and I want you to accomplish something extraordinary during your time with us. If you want to email me to discuss any issues that may be preventing you from engaging with the course and its challenges more effectively, please do so at pgomm@ucreative.ac.uk.

Jackie will be contacting you as I'd like a one-to-one tutorial with you to discuss your progess and my continuing concerns.
